| Maximum Loan to Value: | 60% - varies by property type |
| Minimum DSCR: | 1.25 |
| Prepayment Penalty: | 5,4,3,2,1 declining |
| Minimum Credit Score: | 600 |
| Property Types: | Houses of Worship, VFW's, Union Halls, Office Buildings, Retail |
| Alliance Fees: | Typically 3-5% of the loan amount |
| Appraisal Fee: | Will need to paid upon issuance and acceptance of a conditional loan commitment |
